Responsibilities
- Sourcetop-tier talent through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the entire placement process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Track candidate metrics and provide regular updates to the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with account managers to meet placement targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for field visits.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
