Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for full-time positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends in Houston
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS documentation
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client portfolio and service offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Houston's competitive market
- Expert knowledge of local industry sectors and talent pools
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Texas staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
