Responsibilities
- Resume Screening: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify top talent matching client requirements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers using our CRM system.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate profiles and job orders in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates and follow-ups to candidates regarding their application status.
- Client Support: Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet business demands.
