Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional communication abilities
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
