Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes to identify top-tier talent for open requisitions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified applicants using our ATS.
- Assist with the onboarding process for successfully placed candidates.
- Update candidate records and track placement metrics accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
