Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for part-time and temporary positions
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients in Pennsylvania
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding logistics for successful placements
- Manage candidate databases and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with recruiters to optimize placement strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania labor laws preferred
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
