Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates with precision
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system (Greenhouse)
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in SF
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track staffing metrics and prepare weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience or HR coordination
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Bay Area tech and professional industries preferred
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
