Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Screening: Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Relations: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide market insights.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
