Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced recruitment channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry-specific job boards
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and technical screenings to ensure cultural fit and role alignment
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Bay Area companies across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and post-placement follow-up
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to optimize candidate pipelines and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding campaigns
- Stay current with labor market trends and compensation benchmarks to provide strategic client counsel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven success in high-volume placement environments
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and familiarity with Bay Area talent landscape
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and optimize hiring strategies
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
