Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments for candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools effectively
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop talent attraction strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in El Paso or West Texas
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong knowledge of local labor market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred
