Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and track job orders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and build effective talent pools.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and salary benchmarks in the Atlanta labor market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, answering inquiries regarding daily pay schedules and job availability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS experience a plus).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client site visits if required).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
