Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruiting techniques including Boolean searches, networking, and job board strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and position requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal opportunities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement and onboarding support
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs and placement goals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Strong understanding of Wichita's local job market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
