Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary/contract positions across Omaha's key industries
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement with 48-hour turnaround goal
- Develop and maintain relationships with 15-20 active corporate clients weekly
- Execute innovative recruitment strategies including targeted sourcing and job fairs
- Ensure all placements comply with state labor regulations and agency policies
- Track metrics to maintain 95%+ client satisfaction and 85%+ candidate retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in temporary placements
- Deep understanding of Omaha's job market and local industry needs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate win-win outcomes
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and social media recruiting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid NE driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
