Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic networking and digital outreach
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement with weekly payroll processing
- Cultivate deep client relationships to understand evolving staffing needs and market trends
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with precision and cultural fit assessment
- Ensure compliance with all federal/state labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruiting/staffing agency experience with proven track record in candidate placement
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn) and social recruiting
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage client-candidate relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed placement targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
