Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct comprehensive market research and utilize various channels to source qualified candidates for open roles.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Interview Management: Perform initial phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Placement & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and market conditions in the New Orleans area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
- Bilingual (Spanish): Fluent in Spanish is highly desirable.
