Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for open requisitions within our client base.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of the Las Vegas job market and local industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
