Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries (healthcare, tech, logistics)
- Source and screen qualified candidates using our proprietary ATS platform
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages with candidates
- Track and report recruitment metrics weekly
- Collaborate with team to optimize hiring processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in candidate sourcing and placement
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
