Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for contract/permanent positions across multiple industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify passive candidates
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for weekly KPI targets
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless candidate onboarding and placement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with weekly pay structures
- Proven ability to source candidates in competitive markets (Charlotte preferred)
- Strong interview skills with ability to assess technical and soft skills
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
