Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for contract positions using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Dallas metroplex
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with 20+ candidates weekly
- Manage candidate onboarding processes ensuring seamless weekly payment integration
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new contract opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate databases using ATS software
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales
- Proven track record meeting recruitment KPIs (placements/monthly)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Dallas's labor market and key industries
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license for client meetings
