Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and permanent placement opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent within the local Milwaukee market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and salary benchmarks.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist in onboarding and placement of selected candidates to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
