As a Technical Recruiter, you will be the face of our brand, sourcing and placing IT professionals in roles ranging from Software Engineering to Data Science. This is an immediate hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for IT and Engineering roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent through networking and social media.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (Immediate hire experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the IT/Technical landscape and coding languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
