Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term placements.
- Utilize various job boards and social media platforms to source active and passive talent.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule placements, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Analyze hiring metrics to improve recruitment strategies and reduce time-to-fill.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the staffing industry.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
