- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to identify passive candidates for immediate open positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and culture fit requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and debrief interviews with candidates to ensure a smooth placement process.
- Placement Management: Negotiate offers, handle onboarding logistics, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on salary benchmarks and industry trends in the New Orleans market.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level candidates with internship experience will be considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) and ATS platforms.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
