Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified technical candidates (Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Project Managers).
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent using social media and networking.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific technical requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and salary benchmarks in the Albuquerque tech sector.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and expand our client base.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales/placement goals.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
