Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain accurate candidate database and compliance documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Workday, Bullhorn, or similar)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
