Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies and ATS platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Nurture client relationships through regular updates and strategic staffing consultations
- Drive recruitment campaigns across digital channels and professional networks
- Onboard candidates efficiently while ensuring seamless integration with client teams
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities for candidate/client placements
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
