Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for permanent and contract roles in IT, Engineering, and Healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ Houston-area businesses to understand hiring needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure perfect candidate-role alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards to build diverse talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive salary guidance to clients
- Maintain 95% compliance with EEOC and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in agency or corporate recruiting with proven track record
- Expert knowledge of Houston's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management abilities
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
