Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for full-time positions across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Develop strategic recruitment plans to meet client needs and fill roles efficiently
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate HR setting
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Expert knowledge of Fresno's job market and local industries
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
