Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for hard-to-fill technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social recruiting (LinkedIn, GitHub), and networking, to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define hiring criteria, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and technology stacks to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Onboarding & Placement: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure high retention rates through ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia.
