Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies including social media sourcing and talent mapping
- Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate pipeline management
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic hiring recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of technical recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and compliance with EEOC regulations
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, or similar ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level clients
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
