Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain strong client partnerships to understand talent needs
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies including social media campaigns and talent mapping
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and reporting metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in staffing or corporate environments
- Proven success in placing technical and executive-level roles
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong network within Detroit's talent community
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR or CERS certification highly desirable
