Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for C-level and specialized technical roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean sourcing and AI-powered tools
- Lead client consultations to understand hiring requirements and deliver customized staffing solutions
- Manage candidate experience from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment KPIs and improve time-to-fill metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement best practices across the department
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with proven track record in technical staffing
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- SHRM-CP or CTP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Florida's labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
