Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Exceed weekly/monthly placement metrics and revenue targets
- Stay current on industry trends and labor market dynamics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with proven KPI achievement
- Valid driver's license (client site visits required)
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
