Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement, ensuring seamless client-candidate matching
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers across various industries
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to align candidates with client needs and cultural fit
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly KPIs and placement targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in candidate documentation
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
