Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted outreach
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer to placement
- Leverage ATS platforms to track metrics and optimize workflows

Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting sales/recruitment targets
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and interview techniques
- Strong proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Austin market knowledge and local networking experience
