Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and reference checks to match talent with client needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS and CRM systems
- Present qualified candidates to clients and negotiate placement terms
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and staffing industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client visits
