Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Houston
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement KPIs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong interview skills and candidate assessment abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
