Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and revenue
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems for candidate tracking
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools
- Collaborate with sales team to develop client strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting placement targets
- Expert knowledge of California labor laws and compliance
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based structure
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
