Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and ensure timely placements
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and client offerings
- Present compelling job opportunities to passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems
- Strong network of Baltimore-area professionals across key industries
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid staffing/recruiting certification preferred (CPSR, CTS, etc.)
