Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Utilize CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job postings and employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 30+ placements per quarter
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills for both candidates and clients
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics and ROI
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
