Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier Oklahoma City employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize our proprietary ATS system to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve placement rates
- Represent Premier Staffing Solutions at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
