Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-client matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding with our proprietary ATS system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and corporate clients
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and achieve weekly performance targets
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at industry networking events and job fairs
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and compliance documentation in our CRM
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
