Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across South Florida
- Conducting behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Utilizing ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) for efficient tracking
- Weekly payroll processing for temporary staff placements
- Developing talent pipelines for high-demand positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate sourcing
- Expert knowledge of South Florida job market dynamics
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Florida driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish speakers highly valued
