Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse industry roles
- Develop and maintain client relationships across Charlotte's business sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly KPIs
- Utilize ATS systems and CRM tools for candidate tracking
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years in recruitment or staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client visits
