Responsibilities
- Sourc, screen, and interview candidates for diverse staffing assignments across San Diego
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate interview logistics
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume assignments simultaneously
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
