Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate skills/qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and company policies
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ohio residency required
- Basic knowledge of Ohio employment laws
- Comfortable with remote work and field visits
