Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across diverse industries

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Utilize ATS platforms and job boards to maximize candidate reach

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of NYC's talent market and industries
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
