Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across Fresno
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at local businesses (manufacturing, healthcare, logistics)
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage candidate onboarding and payroll processing for weekly-paid contractors
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies using our ATS
- Attend local job fairs and networking events to expand our talent pool
- Maintain compliance with CA labor regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in Fresno County
- Proven track record of filling high-volume temporary roles
- Strong knowledge of Fresno's job market and key industries
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field preferred
