Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media for candidate outreach
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Detroit's job market and key industries
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid Michigan driver's license for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
