Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across Dallas
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews and offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies
- Ensure timely payroll processing for temporary and contract staff
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Texas staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
